The local tourism tax must be paid on the spot in cash or by credit card, it is not possible to pay it in advance.
The terms of cancellation are included in every booking confirmation. Here you can read how long it is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge before the arrival date. You can even initiate the cancellation from the comfort of your home, at any time, via the link in the confirmation. The transferred deposit will be returned to your bank account within 10 working days at the latest, while in the case of a SZÉP card, the refund will be made to the same pocket.
Please note that our terms of cancellation also valid in case of illness, accident and previous departure!
Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. Please leave the occupied rooms by 10:00 a.m. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let the reception know by e-mail or by phone. For early arrival and late departure you need to consult with the reception, for which we charge an extra fee.
The condition of check-in for all guests is to scan a valid identity document with a verified document scanner. Please make sure that all prospective guests – except for children under the age of 14 – have valid identity documents before traveling! Identity cards, passports and driving licenses are acceptable as personal documents. In the absence of presentation of the ID the hotel must refuse to provide accommodation in accordance with the amendment of the Law 2016 CLVI and acts in accordance with the terms and conditions of cancellation.
We accept cash (both HUF and EUR), you can pay with a bank card or SZÉP card issued by any bank.
As a family-friendly hotel, we are happy to welcome families with small children. We can provide baby-, and family friendly equipment (baby bed, baby bathtub, bathroom step, toilet reducer, high chair, bathrobe for children) on request. It is also possible to participate in baby swimming sessions, based on prior registration. We offer a 100% discount for children under 6 years old, while children between 6 and 12 years old receive a 50% discount in designated room types.
We are sorry but the hotel does not accept pets.
The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Near the hotel and in Mórahalom guests can park their cars without charge in the appointed places. Please note that the parking lot is not guarded and it is not possible to reserve a place in advance.
In Mórahalom there is a possibility of charging for those with an
electric car.

To start car charging, you need to download an app called Mobiliti, which
is available on both Android and iOS.
This application provides a
complex service for charging electric cars in Hungary.
Our guests can use the bikes of the Hotel for free of charge during their
stay. If you would like to use this service please signify it at the reception!
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel! According to this, smoking and the
use of e-cigarettes are forbidden in the hotel’s enclosed areas (including
guest rooms), public areas and the entire area of the hotel, with
the exception of designated places!
In case of not following the rules, the hotel will always charge a compensation fee!
We are waiting our guests with a full buffet breakfast every day. The breakfast
contains hot and cold meals and drinks (different kind of bakeries,
musli, cereals, yoghurt, butter, jam, honey, cold cuts, sausages, cheese,
fresh vegetables and fruits, salad and egg dishes).
At noon our guests can choose between a number of daily menus, besides
we serve variable bistro-style dishes.
At night guests again can select among the richly laid full buffet dinner.

Our hotel has a private medical clinic with treatment rooms, physiotherapy
room, therapeutic pool, sauna and a Spa Relax room.
We provide our guests unlimited access to the services of the Saint Elizabeth Spa, where they can use the currently operating pools and saunas during their entire stay. Our wellness department operates at the same opening hours as the Spa.
For the comfortable use of the wellness area and the Saint Elizabeth Spa, we prepare a bathrobe for each guests in the wardrobe of the rooms. If the size is not correct, please inform the hotel reception. Please bring the bathrobe to the reception upon departure!
